Description
Living Well with Osteoarthritis – A workshop designed for people living with osteoarthritis in the hips and/or knees. It provides educations specific to self-management of osteoarthritis. This program will be held in person at the CCSP office or virtually via zoom. Lunch is not provided but participants are allowed to bring food if they like. Please be considerate of overly powerful food scents if bringing food.
