Introducing bids&tenders

The Government of Yukon is replacing the current Tender Management System (TMS) with a new, more efficient platform called bids&tenders.

This platform is an easier, faster and more reliable way for contractors to work with government. The system will be live on August 18.

Create an account now

To bid on projects posted after August 18, you'll need to register for a new account on bids&tenders. Once signed up, you'll be notified by email of any bid opportunity for goods, services and construction that are relevant to you or your business.

It's important to:

  • select all categories that apply to your business when setting up your account; and
  • maintain your account and ensure it's up to date.

Learn how to use bids&tenders

Businesses will have the opportunity to learn how to use bids&tenders in advance of the launch through a series of online webinars.

Phasing out paper processes

The Government of Yukon is phasing out the use of paper in procurement processes.

For tenders posted after January 1, 2021:

  • paper-based submissions will no longer be accepted; and
  • hard copies of tender documents will no longer be distributed.
