  1. Changing an address for a Yukon corporation

    A corporation must have a registered office in Yukon. If it's a public corporation, it may have a separate records office at a different location in or outside of Yukon.

    Within 15 days of any change of address, a corporation must send a notice of change to the registrar.

    How to fill out the forms

    The information you provide on forms must be legible. Also make sure to complete each section. Sections 4 and 5 are only to be filled out if they're applicable.

    Download and complete Form 3 ‒ Notice of change of address of corporation.

    Section 1: Name of corporation

    The name must match the name as registered.

    Section 2: Yukon registry number

    Include the Yukon registry number.

    Section 3: New registered office in Yukon

    Include the address for the new registered office in Yukon with the date it came into effect.

    “Delivery address” refers to a physical location. Include an address or other description to identify a person’s home or place of business. This must not include a post office box.

    “Mailing address” refers to where you send mail. Include a complete mailing address, including the postal code. This address can be a person’s home, place of business or post office box.

    Section 4: New records office

    If there is a new records office, include its address. This only applies to public corporations and the address can be in or outside of Yukon. Include the date the new records office came into effect.

    Section 5: New mailing address

    If there's a new Yukon mailing address, include the address and the date it came into effect. Include this information only if it's different than the registered office in section 3.

    Section 6: Name of the individual signing

    Include the name of the individual signing.

    Section 7: Title of individual signing

    Include the title of the individual signing.

    Section 8: Signature

    Include the signature of the individual signing.

    Section 9: Date of signature

    Include the date the form was signed.

  3. Submit your documents

    After the form is completed, submit it to us. There is no charge for a notice of change of address for a corporation.

    Processing time

    After we've accepted and filed all your documents, you'll receive confirmation. The process can take up to 10 business days.
