Incorporate a corporation

A corporation is a legal entity with a share structure that is owned by its shareholders. Their liability is usually limited to the investment they made in the corporation.

To do business in another Canadian jurisdiction, you have to register there.

  1. Reserve a corporation name
    1. View the naming guidelines for information on how to choose a name.
    2. Fill out the application for name reservation.
    3. Submit the form and the $40 fee.
