Living Well with Osteoarthritis – This two part series focuses on the education regarding osteoarthritis and strategies that can be used to live well with the condition. It will focus on diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment for osteoarthritis as well as a look into the benefit of exercise for condition management. This program will be held in person at the CCSP office or virtually via zoom.
