Description
Next Level Carb Counting for Diabetes Management – A more in-depth look at the science behind carb counting. A registered dietitian will help you learn how to identify and balance your carbohydrate intake to improve blood sugar control. It is recommend that you have participated in our Diabetes Wellness Series, or have basic diabetes knowledge. This program will be held in person at the CCSP office or virtually via zoom.
