The Government of Yukon held a land application for a mixed-use residential and commercial parcel in Whitehorse. The parcel is located at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Rogers Street.
The deadline to submit your land application was June 2, 2023, at 4:30 pm.
Land application overview
This was a land application for the parcel located at 5050 5th Avenue in Whitehorse. This parcel is also known as 5th and Rogers.
To submit a land application, you must have submitted a project proposal and made certain commitments. These included:
- building an earth berm;
- removing existing buildings; and
- incorporating social benefits in the development of the parcel.

We’ll open the application envelopes after the submission deadline (June 2, 2023). Following the application opening, we’ll evaluate the submissions. We’ll work with the successful applicant to complete the sale process.
