The Yukon government’s Emergency Support Services (ESS) provides advice and support for people in self-isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The ESS team works to understand each person’s unique situation and suggest the best and safest option for self-isolation. Where possible the goal is to support people to self-isolate in their own homes.
The ESS phone is answered on Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
For other hours of the day, messages can be left on the ESS phone and they will be returned the following day.
