The statutory timelines for business corporations to meet their legal and reporting requirements under the Business Corporations Act has been extended. It's now 30 days after the end of the state of emergency in Yukon due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The statutory timelines under the Partnership and Business Names Act have been extended. This way limited partnerships can meet their legal and reporting requirements under the Act; and businesses and partnerships can renew and protect their business names.
