Housing income limit thresholds

Your yearly household income must be under the following housing income limits thresholds for you to apply for social housing through Yukon Housing. These thresholds are current as of summer 2017.

Whitehorse

  • To apply for a bachelor apartment your yearly household income must be under $39,000.
  • To apply for a 1 bedroom social housing unit, your yearly household income must be under $49,000.
  • To apply for a 2 bedroom social housing unit, your yearly household income must be under $53,500.
  • To apply for a 3+ bedroom social housing unit, your yearly household income must be under $74,500.

Yukon communities and rural areas

  • To apply for a social housing in a Yukon community and rural area, your yearly household income must be under $80,104.
