Printing and photocopying at Yukon Public Libraries

Printing

Printing is available from all library computers. You can also print from your mobile device and laptop.

There are 3 ways to do mobile printing:

Using the PrinterOn app from your cell phone or tablet

Click "no printer selected". Select “search” and search for Whitehorse Public Library. Then select your desired printer.

Print a document or photo

  1. Upload the document or select a photo in the PrinterOn App.
  2. Select the printer and select the print icon.
  3. Enter an email address and select the check mark. You'll receive an email notice that the job started, and shortly after another message stating “Job Success”.
  4. Go to the staff desk at the library and provide your email address and payment.

Emailing directly to the print system

Using the website from your laptop or desktop

  1. Visit https://www.printeron.net/ypl/whitehorse
  2. Select the printer and enter your email address.
  3. Browse your computer to find and select the file you wish to print.
  4. Click the green printer icon. You'll see the status of your print job and a reference number.
  5. Go to the staff desk at the library and provide your email address and payment.

For your protection, all print jobs are wiped after 24 hours. If you're unable to retrieve your print jobs within 24 hours, you'll need to resubmit them.
