What is the TD Summer Reading Club?
The TD Summer Reading Club is Canada’s biggest, bilingual summer reading program for kids of all ages, all interests, and all abilities. This year's theme is "Game On".
Over 2,000 public libraries and more than 350,000 participants from across Canada take part.
The online program runs until September 6, 2021 with in-library activities taking place from June 15 to August 31, 2021.

Get your free reading club package and enter to win prizes.
Enjoy reading this summer and complete a summer reading club booklet.
At Whitehorse Public Library, bring in your completed booklet for a free book prize.
Who can participate?
This program is for kids of all ages and interests. Kids and their caregivers can participate anytime, anywhere.
How to sign up
There are 2 ways you can sign up:
- in person at a participating Yukon libraries; or
- Sign up at a participating Yukon library.
- You'll receive a free reading club package that includes:
- a booklet to record what you read;
- stickers to log your reading;
- a paper fortune teller;
- a recommended reading flyer; and
- a web access code to sign up for the program online.
- Start reading!

Art Challenge: June 15 to August 15
Children up to age 14, can enter for a chance to have their artwork painted on the interior windows in the children’s area. FIll out this submission form and drop it off at Whitehorse Public Library with your artwork by August 15.
