The Government of Yukon is inviting Yukoners to share their thoughts on proposed improvements to the Human Rights Act that will enable the Act to be more consistent with similar laws in other provinces and territories.
We want to ensure that any changes to the Human Rights Act will meet the needs and expectations of Yukoners. Your answers to the discussion questions below will help to determine whether and how the recommended changes should be implemented.
