Take a course through YGLearn

YGLearn is our online learning management system where you can find various government training offerings.

You can only access YGLearn on the Google Chrome browser. Download the browser.

Using YGLearn, you can:

  • create and account and register yourself on the online system;
  • enrol in different courses, and;
  • track your learning and development.

If you have the link to a specific course

  1. Open the Google Chrome web browser. YGLearn is not compatible with any other browser.
  2. Copy and paste the course link into your web browser.
  3. At the top right-hand corner of the screen, select Log-in. 
  4. Select Create new account.

If you do not have a link to a specific course

  1. Open the Google Chrome browser. YGLearn is not compatible with any other browser.
  2. Go to the YGLearn catalogue.
  3. At the top right-hand corner of the screen, select Log-in. 
  4. Select Create new account.

 

  1. Open the Google Chrome browser and log in to YGLearn. YGLearn is not compatible with any other browser.
  2. Choose the course you want to sign up for and select Enrol. A dialogue box can appear depending on the type of course. Respond to the questions in the dialogue box.
  3. Reserve your seat and fill out the registration form.
  4. Select Complete Registration to finish the process.

  1. Open the Google Chrome browser and log in to YGLearn. YGLearn is not compatible with any other browser.
  2. At the top right-hand corner of the screen, select your username. From the drop-down menu, select My Orders. A list of all courses you're currently signed up for is displayed.
  3. Choose the relevant course and select Cancel Seat.
  4. In the Cancel Seat dialogue box, select your reason for cancellation.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Select Cancel Seat and select Close.
