Submit a bid for the tender

Eligibility

To register a bid as an individual you must:

• complete and submit the tender bid form;
• be 19 years of age or older;
• pay the application fees; and
• show government issued photo identification at the time of submitting a bid, if applying as an individual;

To register a bid as a corporation you must also supply valid and current documentation; acceptable documents include:

1. a valid Yukon Incorporation Certificate or;
2. confirmation of Yukon registration;
3. a copy of a valid business licence, if applicable.

Deadline to bid

The deadline to submit a bid was 4:30 pm on Thursday, April 4, 2024.

Submit your bid

1. Download and complete the tender bid form.
2. Include the tender bid deposit.
3. Seal the above items in an envelope clearly labelled with your name and lot or site number.
4. Deliver your bid to the Land Management Branch in room 320 of the Elijah Smith Building, 300 Main Street, in Whitehorse.

The branch is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

When will the tender results be available?

If you’re successful

If you’re the successful bidder, you have until 4:30 pm on April 23, 2024 to enter an agreement for sale.

Have your bid deposit returned

If you are not a successful bidder, you can pick up your bid deposit starting May 9 at the application office.

To collect your deposit, you or the person you’ve authorized must:

• present government-issued photo identification; and
• sign for the deposit.
