“Congratulations on being selected to represent Team Yukon at the 2026 Arctic Winter Games! I, like many Yukoners, am excited to cheer you on in person on our home turf.
Making Team Yukon is a tremendous accomplishment, honour, and a testament to your commitment to sport.
As the Games near, you will spend countless hours with your teammates and coaches, honing your skills to compete against the circumpolar north’s best.
I am confident you will rise to the challenge of the competition and demonstrate to yourself, teammates, opponents, spectators and all Yukoners what you are made of. The territory is behind you all the way!
May you reach your goals, have fun, and be gracious ambassadors of the Yukon.”
