We're offering affordable seasonal leases for farmers in the Gentian Lane area of Golden Horn, outside of Whitehorse.
There are 5 plots in total. 3 plots are still available for leasing for the 2026 growing season.
We have added 10 lots for over-the-counter purchase for residential and commercial development. The lots are located in Whitehorse, Haines Junction, Mayo and Carmacks and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
