Dawson forest resources management plan – annual allowable cut

This document provides the reasons behind determining the annual allowable cut for the Dawson Forest Resources Management Plan area. An annual allowable cut is the maximum amount of timber that may be sustainably harvested from a particular area. For the Dawson Forest Resources Management Plan area, the annual allowable cut is set at 28,000 cubic metres of wood per year.
