The Evacuation Order, issued on August 6, 2023 by the Yukon Emergency Measures Organization for the Village of Mayo, including all properties along the Silver Trail between Kilometres 35 and 66, has been rescinded.
While the Evacuation Order is being rescinded, the Evacuation Alert remains in place, and residents in the area should remain vigilant. Protective Services will continue to monitor the situation closely and the public will be notified of any changes.
