Advanced care planning lunch and learn hosted by the Palliative Care Team – Join us and the Palliative Care team to learn about advanced care planning and wills. This program will provide a touch point for those looking to plan for their future and unsure of where to begin.  This program will be held in person at the CCSP office or virtually via zoom. Lunch is not provided but participants are allowed to bring food if they like. Please be considerate of overly powerful food scents if bringing food.
