Description
Atrial Fibrillation: A Deeper Dive – Join us over the lunch hour for a discussion with a Chronic Conditions Nurse Educator on what exactly atrial fibrillation is, and a review of some of the lesser known facts about it. We will look at diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment, and answer any questions you might have about the condition. This program will be held in person at the CCSP office or virtually via zoom. Lunch is not provided but participants are allowed to bring food if they like. Please be considerate of overly powerful food scents if bringing food.
