Informed decision making at the hospital Lunch and Learn

Informed decision making at the Hospital Lunch and Learn – A Chronic Conditions Nurse Educator will present on what you can expect when at the hospital when faced with difficult decisions, or what might be asked of you when in hospital care. This program will be held in person at the CCSP office or virtually via zoom. Lunch is not provided but participants are allowed to bring food if they like. Please be considerate of overly powerful food scents if bringing food.
