Description

Experience an outdoor joy-filled movement class with M’Clintock Bay as the backdrop. Set to world music (and swan chatter), Nia dance brings body, mind and spirit together through dance and meditation. Nia incorporates elements of dance, martial arts and the healing arts. This class is led by Susie Anne Bartsch, who loves to share the joy of movement and has been teaching this technique since 2007.

No experience necessary. Adults and teens welcome.

This session will take place outside, either on the grass behind Swan Haven or on the lake shore. Dress accordingly and wear footwear for standing on snow and/or ice.
