‘Summer Series’ Grief and Chronic Conditions hosted by Hospice - Join us in learning about how grief can affect you when you live with a chronic condition, and how it can be supportive to name and address specific losses. This program will be held in person at the CCSP office or virtually via zoom. Lunch is not provided but participants are allowed to bring food if they like. Please be considerate of overly powerful food scents if bringing food.
