Description

Engage with community members and researchers on all things Yukon biodiversity at the 2026 Yukon Biodiversity Forum! Learn about Yukon plants, animals and special habitats as we come together to identify knowledge gaps and share knowledge on Yukon’s biodiversity.

Friday night’s keynote presentation will be hosted by the Yukon Science Institute. Dr. Isla Myers-Smith, global change ecologist from the University of British Columbia will speak.  

The forum is hosted by the Government of Yukon’s Conservation Data Centre, Yukon University, University of Alberta, Wildlife Conservation Society Canada and the Yukon Science Institute.
