Some browsers do not automatically open PDF files after they've been downloaded. You can set your browser settings so that Adobe is the default program for opening PDFs. Or, you can follow these steps:

1. Download the document to your computer or mobile device.
2. Open Adobe Acrobat on your computer or mobile device.
3. Select "File" and then "Open".
4. Choose the form from your downloads folder.
