We are working with the City of Whitehorse on a pilot project to lessen the fire hazard within the city. This pilot project will run for 1 year. You can apply for a permit to harvest up to 25 cubic metres (11 cords) of dead or live firewood for personal use. We are issuing 30 permits for a total of 750 cubic metres (330 cords) of firewood.
