GDL Driver record and declaration

Learner drivers in the Graduated Driver Licensing program will use this form to log and track their driving hours. A parent, guardian or otherwise valid co-driver will use this form to confirm that the GDL driver has driven at least the number of hours required in the Motor Vehicles regulations.
