Independent Expert Terms of Reference - Health and Social Services Comprehensive Review

As part of the review, an independent expert panel comprised of health care, social services, and financial advisors will; - conduct an assessment of health and social services, including key cost drivers and areas for improved coordination and integration of services; - provide strategic advice; and - create a report for the Deputy Minister.
