Government of Yukon and Yukon Medical Association reach tentative agreement

The Government of Yukon and the Yukon Medical Association (YMA) have reached a tentative agreement on a new Memorandum of Agreement.

The agreement reflects ongoing collaboration between the parties and supports shared goals to strengthen the Yukon’s health care system, including ensuring fair compensation for physicians, promoting long-term system sustainability and advancing representational rights.

The tentative agreement will be submitted for ratification by both parties. No further details will be released until the ratification process is complete.
