Premier Pillai appoints new Chief of Staff

Premier Ranj Pillai has announced the appointment of Jason Cunning as his new Chief of Staff.

Jasmina Randhawa, current Chief of Staff, is leaving the Government of Yukon.

Mr. Cunning’s appointment as Chief of Staff is effective immediately.

Jason Cunning is a valued and respected colleague who brings an unparalleled depth of experience from his many decades working in territorial governance. He has played an integral role in the success of our Liberal government over the past six years and I look forward to working with him and my new Cabinet as we continue to move the territory forward for the benefit of all Yukoners.

I want to thank Jasmina Randhawa for her strong leadership and dedication throughout her time as Chief of Staff. She is a thoughtful and effective team leader whose guidance helped us make substantial progress through the first part of our mandate.  She has a bright future and I wish her the best in the next stages of her career.
