“Sunday, June 21, is National Indigenous Peoples Day. This is a day to celebrate Yukon First Nations and Indigenous Peoples across Canada.
“National Indigenous Peoples Day offers a meaningful opportunity to honour the past, celebrate the present and support the future of Yukon First Nations by fostering awareness and respect.
“In the Yukon, there are 14 unique Yukon First Nations. Let us take the time to recognize and honour their rich histories, diverse cultures, achievements and contributions to the territory.”
