The Council of Yukon First Nations’ 45th Anniversary celebration for Together Today for our Children Tomorrow is being held from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre.
On February 20, the Government of Yukon and Yukon College are co-hosting a speakers’ event highlighting leaders involved in Together Today for Our Children Tomorrow. It will be held in the Main Administration Building at noon.
The Mapping the Way public education campaign, co-managed by the self-governing First Nations, the governments of Yukon and Canada and the Council of Yukon First Nations, offers a wealth of resources about the history of land claims and self-government in Yukon.
