Site description: 
  • Popular put-in or take-out point for kayakers and canoeists going down the Takhini River (Näkhų Chu/Ta Hîni).
  • Good base to enjoy Kusawa Territorial Park.
  • The park includes parts of the Champagne and Aishihik, Kwanlin Dün and Carcross/Tagish First Nations' Traditional Territories.
  • The gate will remain open after service to this campground has ended. Register your stay (payment not required). Bring your own wood and toilet paper and pack out your garbage.
