Purpose of the trip:
Premier Pillai and Chief of Staff Jason Cunning travelled to Halifax on November 03 2023, to attend the Council of the Federation meetings with Premiers across Canada to discuss the improvements of health care systems in their jurisdictions, management of health human resources, and the role that innovation can improve in health service delivery.
Premiers also discussed housing collaboration to address the housing crisis happening across Canada, strategic infrastructure and affordability challenges that are being felt across all jurisdictions.
