To better understand and support employees, the Yukon government conducts an employee engagement survey every 2 years. This survey helps us measure the health of our work environments by gathering feedback from employees about what matters most to them.
Employee engagement is about creating workplaces where people feel happy, healthy and fulfilled while delivering quality services to the public.
Departments use the survey results to make positive changes, such as recognizing employee achievements and offering training and career development opportunities.
The 2024 survey ran in July, and the results are now available.
