What was this engagement about?
The purpose of this engagement is to gather feedback on how to best implement a ban on single-use plastic and paper shopping bags.
How will my input make a difference?
We are asking the public to help shape the details of the ban, including timing and exemptions. Comments will be reflected in a What We Heard report, followed by bringing in regulations to ban single-use plastic and paper shopping bags.
