The proposed premises is a 2-storey building. The main floor will house the proposed winery and retail space. The 2nd floor is a residential suite occupied by the owner/applicant.


The winery intends to manufacture and sell a variety of fruit wines and ciders.

The business hours are 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. with liquor service hours being 9 a.m. to 2 a.m., 7 days a week.
