New application seeking approval in principle for the following changes to an existing licensed premises:
- interior and exterior areas that expand Gather Café & Taphouse into the area surrounding the glass blowing studio;
- a future expansion to Gather Café & Taphouse that is to be completed within the next 2 years; and
- adding an off-premises liquor licence.

Lumel Studios Ltd. is Yukon’s only glass-blowing art studio open to the public. It's a single storey building with the art studio being in the east side of the building. The kitchen, dining and outside deck areas are in the west side of the building. The proposed completed new areas are to the north and east of the building. The proposed future addition is to the west.
