Change to existing licence – seeking approval to change the existing liquor primary – all liquor licence (Boiler Room) to a dual licence as a food primary – all liquor licence from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and a liquor primary – all liquor licence from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Structure and premises

The premises is a two story conventional framed building which houses the Yukon hotel and licensed premises. The proposed application is for an area in the basement of the hotel that is currently licensed as a Liquor Primary.

The business hours are 9 a.m. to 2 a.m., with liquor service hours for the food primary 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and liquor primary hours 10 p.m. to 2 a.m, 7 days a week.
