Beginning May 25, Yukoners will be able to securely access their vaccination records through a new immunization records online service. It will also be easier to view immunization history and submit records of immunizations received outside the territory.
The new vaccine record submission portal allows Yukoners with a Yukon Health Care Insurance Plan number to submit vaccination records received in other provinces, territories or countries. In addition, the portal enables residents to ensure their Yukon health records are complete and up to date.
This offers Yukoners a convenient way to view vaccination history online and supports the government’s commitment to improving digital health services and making it easier for people to manage their personal health information.
