Yukon seniors who own or rent their homes can apply to the Pioneer Utility Grant (PUG) to help pay for home heating costs at their primary residence.
Use this form if you are applying in person or by mail. You do not need to complete this form if you apply through the online PUG application portal.
We strongly encourage you to apply online, or submit your application in person or by mail. We will accept emailed applications for the 2026 program only.
