Submit a complaint about French-language services

The Government of Yukon is committed to providing timely, accessible bilingual services and information. If you have difficulty accessing services in French, let us know by submitting a complaint.

When can I submit a complaint?

You can make a complaint if:

  • services were not promoted, actively offered or available in French at a point of service of the Government of Yukon (for example, you were not informed that services were available in French, or interpretation was not offered); and
  • information in French is missing or incomplete.

A complaint is not eligible if it does not relate specifically to services or information provided in French, or the absence of such services or information.
