Yukon minimum wage
As of April 1, 2019 the minimum wage is increased to $12.71 per hour. All employers must pay employees the hourly minimum wage or higher.
Minimum wage is calculated in accordance with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Whitehorse and is adjusted on April 1 each year. This year, the minimum wage includes a 2.4% increase in the CPI and a $0.90 increase as set by the Employment Standards Board after conducting its 2018 review.

The Fair Wage Schedule sets the wage rates for workers on Government of Yukon public works contracts. Rates are adjusted on April 1 every year based on the Consumer Price Index for Whitehorse.
