Which products are regulated?
Do you or your business manufacture, sell or distribute these products?
This includes products distributed within or transported into the Yukon. If so, you need to register as a producer. You have responsibilities related to recycling these products under the Beverage Container Regulation and Designated Materials Regulation.

- Submit your application by email to [email protected] or in person to the Department of Environment at 10 Burns Road in Whitehorse. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
