Standard Bus new rider day

Is your child new to riding the school bus?
Join Standard Bus and the Department of Education for the My First Ride event on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Secondary School.

This fun and helpful event is a great way to get your child ready and comfortable for their first time on the school bus.

Families can enjoy:

• a short school bus safety talk
• fun swag bags
• colouring activities
• a special certificate for each new rider
• a BBQ lunch
