Description

These 4 drop-in sessions provide opportunities for fathers to:

  • connect;
  • create a network; and
  • learn from each other. 

Hear about resources and tools to use with your children. Support emotional development through interaction and activities. 

A light meal is provided.

Join us on Mondays from 4:30 to 6:30 pm for the following sessions.

  • October 26, 2026: Attachment
  • November 30, 2026: Self-esteem
  • January 25, 2027: Expressing emotions
  • February 22, 2027: Relationships with others
