Health care

- All eligible, adult Yukoners who want to receive a COVID-19 vaccine will have access to one, at no cost, in early 2021: https://yukon.ca/en/news/strategy-covid-19-vaccinations-yukon-released
- Patrons are now required to provide contact information at bars and restaurants to support contact tracing.
- Drive-thru screening has been extended until further notice in Whitehorse.
- It is mandatory to wear a non-medical mask in all indoor public spaces.

- To help Yukoners at risk during this pandemic, people can access mental health and social supports.
Travel and borders
- Everyone entering Yukon will be required to self-isolate for 14 days. This includes residents of British Columbia, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Exceptions include critical services workers that have left the territory to perform their work duties and residents of border areas such as Atlin, Lower Post, Fire Side, Jade City, Fraser and Pleasant Camp.
- Canada and the US has continued to extend the border closures to non-essential travel until December 21.
- Yukoners are reminded that if you choose to go past the Canadian border station at Fraser or Beaver Creek, you must be aware of the federal rules for re-entering Canada at the time of your departure.

Enforcement and other guidelines
- The Government of Yukon is extending the state of emergency under the Civil Emergency Measures Act (CEMA) for 90 days.
- Be kind and understanding. People in transit through the territory are now driving in winter conditions. Report concerns.
