The eServices for Citizens forms team have recently issued an Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for digital forms platforms and partner services. You can learn more about this RFQ on the government's bids and tenders system.
A summary of our digital forms story
Over the last few years we've procured platforms to support our goal to build digital forms that are simple and fast and strive to improve the user experience. We:
- ran some pilots on simple to complex forms to learn about the capabilities of the platforms;
- established and evolved design patterns specific to the online form experience;
- established a service delivery process specific to online forms; and
- we have a small but mighty team in place to lead the charge to design and deliver more online forms.
What do we mean by "digital forms platforms and partner services?"
Essentially we're looking for vendors to support our digital forms and workflow platforms. This includes everything from licensing, implementation, support and continuous improvement services.
Platforms we currently use include:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms;
- Adobe Sign;
- OnPhase; and
- Atlassian Cloud Products.
We're looking for vendors with experience in at least 1 of these platforms.
