There are a number of reasons we want to reduce the number of PDFs on Yukon.ca. All of these reasons share one thing in common - they negatively impact the user experience.

I recently completed a user experience (UX) review on a digital service in Beta.

eServices is looking to recruit participants for a user research project. We're hoping to complete this part of the work over June and July.

The eServices for Citizens forms team have recently issued an Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for digital forms platforms and partner services.

The last of the snow is almost gone and the ice on the lakes is melting which means it is time for our spring update. 

After finding a suitable email newsletter/notification service in Envoke, eServices has seen an uptake in programs using the platform to generate unique content for the public.
